This is a piece part of UT Landmarks titled C-010106 made by Sarah Oppenheimer. While not a hidden oddity I have noticed many people pay it no mind. It sits on a walkway that also has a walkway underneath it. This allows people on the top of the walkway to see whats happening on the lower part of the walkway.
